The attorneys at Hanson & Walgenkim are dedicated to serving consumers in Oregon. Our practice focuses on Consumer Law, specifically in Auto Fraud and Lemon Law. With an office centrally located in Salem, Oregon, we handle cases throughout the state, including Portland, Eugene, and Medford.

ADAM HANSON
 

Adam Hanson was born and raised in Salem, Oregon. He is a fourth-generation Oregonian and is committed to serving his community.  He left the country to serve a two-year mission for his church in Bulgaria, and later spent time in Eugene attending the University of Oregon.  During law school Adam focused on alternative dispute resolution (ADR) including negotiation, mediation, and arbitration.

No matter where your legal conflict resides, very few issues make it to court and are instead resolved in one of these alternative venues.  Knowing this is the reality of the practice of law, Adam earned a certificate in dispute resolution.

    Adam enjoys working with and helping people solve their problems in any way possible and he looks forward to being able to help you.

​YOUNG WALGENKIM
 

Young Walgenkim has been passionate about fighting for the rights of consumers since childhood. Growing up as a son of Korean immigrants, Young witnessed his parents repeatedly fall victim to scams and unscrupulous businesses. During law school, Young worked at the Financial Fraud/Consumer Protection section of the Oregon Department of Justice, where he learned the skills to fight for the rights of consumers.  

 

Since starting his law practice in 2012, Young has been suing car dealers all across the state for numerous violations of state and federal law. Whatever your problem may be, Young is eager to stand up against car dealers on your behalf.
